Step Aerobics at the Blairsville Armory Aerobics Center is a fun, energetic workout that uses raised platforms (steps) to combine cardio movement with rhythm and coordination. This class is designed to boost heart health, burn calories, and improve lower‑body strength while keeping the routine engaging and upbeat.
Every Monday
5:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Cardio conditioning: Continuous stepping patterns that elevate heart rate and build endurance.
Lower‑body strength: Target muscles in the legs and glutes through varied step combinations.
Coordination and rhythm: Easy‑to‑follow routines set to music for a motivating atmosphere.
Joint‑friendly options: NOTE: Step Aerobics can easily be done on the floor. In other words no step needed. Instructors provide modifications for different fitness levels, making it accessible to beginners and experienced participants alike.
Community energy: A lively group setting that keeps motivation high and workouts enjoyable.
$5 per class when paid monthly (prepaid commitment). Must be paid first week of the month.
$7 walk‑in rate for single sessions.
