MY MISSION
My Mission is to get women up and moving and to help them achieve their own personal goal. I do this by finding the right program that best fit's you and your goal. I also feel that safety and good form is an important factor. That is my first priority when teaching and instructing.
My method of teaching and instructing is thru group training. I think working with a group is much more enjoyable and fun. Also a group usually supports one another and I see more results and progress within groups thru the support they give to one another.
Fitness is work but it doesn't have to be a struggle. You do not have to kill yourself to get to where you want to be. You must be patient with yourself and relize that a lifestyle change takes several weeks but I guarentee that you will feel and see results if you stay dedicated.
