LOW-IMPACT AEROBICS

FOR THE BEGINNER EXERCISER
Aerobics is one of the best way to get that body into great shape. Not only does step strengthen the cardiovascular system but it also defines and tones the body.
This class is design for the person who is just beginning a exercise program. Perfect for the overweight, out of shape and older exercisers. It will give you a great foundation in which to start a safe exercise program.

The aerobic portion consist of a 5 minute warmup followed by 35 minutes of low impact work ending with a 5 minute cooldown.

 MOVE AND GROOVE

BEGINNER FRIENDLY CLASS. Move and Groove is a a fun fitness  workout.  Nothing strenuous in this workout. It is designed to help get you up and moving at your own pace while having fun. 

Ab work, Back work and Stretch Cool Down included
Leave your troubles behind and come join us for a great workout.  

Bring you own mat, towel and water to class

SILVER SNEAKER CLASSIC

Start your day out of the right foot. Come join the fun and get moving with this great group at the Blairsville Armory!!!!!!!!!! Silver Sneaker Classic is also a great toning class for people just starting a exercise workout.
All ages welcome!!!!!!!

RISE AND SHINE!!!!
This is a ALL LEVEL class. Interval is mix of aerobic and toning exercise. 

This is a 45 minute interval class which the participants can design the workout to fit their cardio level and progress in time.

STEP AEROBICS
