STEP AEROBICS/STEP INTERVAL

Step is one of the best way to get that body into great shape. Not only does step strengthen the cardiovascular system but it also defines and tones the body.

This is a 45 minute step class which the participants can design the workout to fit their cardio level and progress in time.  NOTE: Step Interval is mix of Step and Floor Aerobics. This is great for Beginners to get use to the step.

FOR THE BEGINNER EXERCISER
Aerobics is one of the best way to get that body into great shape. Not only does step strengthen the cardiovascular system but it also defines and tones the body.
This class is design for the person who is just beginning a exercise program. Perfect for the overweight, out of shape and older exercisers. It will give you a great foundation in which to start a safe exercise program.

The aerobic portion consist of a 5 minute warmup followed by 35 minutes of low impact work ending with a 5 minute cooldown.
